Bienville
2,729 square feet
A combination of Colonial Revival and Georgian styles, the Bienville house plan suggests a familiar Southern image. Designed by Stephen Fuller, Inc., in Atlanta for the Hometown Collection, this house is wonderful for entertaining. Brick arches with keystones complement the windows on the brick center portion of the house, while fiber cement lap siding wraps the two-car garage. This use of two different materials gives the house the appearance of evolving over time. The first floor features a formal living room at the front and a more relaxed family room with a wet bar at the rear. The bar is also accessible from the kitchen.
Edmond Place
4,000 square feet
This magnificent 4,000 square foot residence includes an easy-access elevator to the 3 completely finished levels. The dining room is at the front of the house, establishing a hospitable atmosphere. A cozy living room and bedroom with full bath complete the first floor. Upstairs, the open feeling continues. John Tee of Atlanta designed this house with stacked stone and shingled siding to achieve an elegance usually associated with much larger homes. The floor plan is open and spacious. Ceiling heights are 9 feet on the first floor and 8 feet 4 inches on the upper level. Upstairs, a balcony overlooks the family room. Two sets of French doors in the family room open onto the rear deck.
