Rancher Renovation – One Client’s Story
This 1970s Carroll County rancher’s original construction included two bedrooms and one full bath, with only about 1,000 square feet of living space. The owners contemplated moving, but decided toremodel. Robin Ford Building and Remodeling, Inc. created an open floor plan that completely renovated the kitchen and made it more accessible to the main living space. The job also included organization and display space through the use of built-in cabinetry. A gas fireplace was incorporated into the family room and a master suite with a spacious master bath was added, as well as an attached garage. The total square footage increased to 1600 ft. and provided a space that fit the total family’s needs. The pictures below show before and after photographs of this dramatic change.
