Robin began his homebuilding business in 1984 after working several years for a small company that specialized in old estate renovation and remodeling. His subsequent experience with a variety of projects led to the gradual growth of his company. He currently primarily builds 6 – 8 new custom homes a year as well as 1-2 additions for previous clients. His workmanship and integrity are well known in the community and county.
As a lifelong resident of Carroll County, Maryland, Robin has an intimate knowledge of the many charms and characteristics of our neighborhoods and communities. He builds longstanding relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to provide a sound and reliable basis for his business. You will see Robin on site and work with him in the office during the planning and progress of your project.

Shirlyn has been part of the business in various capacities over the years and collaborates with Robin on many aspects of the company. She is currently the Office Manager taking care of the day to day administration of the business. Robin & Shirlyn are parents to daughter Alyssa & son-in-law Matt, son Sean & doting grandparents of Eliza Mae.

Bryan has decades of experience with fine finish work specializing in interior and exterior painting.
Chris Harris
Trim Foreman, Carpenter, Equipment Operator
Chris joined us in 1993 and can do it all, including layout, framing, excavation, and is an extraordinary trim craftsman.
